Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 10/18/2026

Wear It Loud ("we," "us," "our," or "the Site") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using wear-it-loud.com (the "Site"), you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, information collected automatically when you use the Site, and information related to fulfilling your orders.

1.1 Information You Provide to Us

  • Account Information. If you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in encrypted/hashed form — we never store your password in plain text).
  • Order & Checkout Information. When you place an order, whether as a registered customer or as a guest, we collect your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and shipping address.
  • Payment Information. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not collect, see, or store your full credit or debit card number, CVV, or other full payment card details — these are entered directly on Stripe's secure, PCI-compliant payment page. See Section 4 for more detail.
  • Custom Print Artwork. If you upload artwork or images to be printed on a product, we collect and store that file solely for the purpose of producing and fulfilling your order.
  • Contact Form Submissions. If you contact us through our website contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the content of your message, along with the IP address the message was sent from (used for spam/abuse prevention).
  • Support Tickets. If you open a support ticket, we collect your messages, any files you attach (such as photos of an item), the order you link to the ticket (if any), and the category and priority you choose. Our staff can see these, and we keep them so we can help you and handle any follow-up.
  • Prize Games. If you take part in a prize game, we record your game activity (such as check-ins, points earned, entries, and clicks on your personal share link). When a game ends, the winner's first name and last initial may be shown on the Prize Games page, and we contact the winner by email.
  • Affiliate and Drop Shipping Programs. If you apply to or join our affiliate or drop shipping program, we collect the information you provide in your application and the activity connected to your membership (such as referral clicks, referred orders, commissions, and orders you place as a drop shipper).
  • Product Reviews. If you review a product you bought, we collect your star rating, your written review, the name you choose to show (only your first name and last initial are displayed), any photos you upload, and the order the review is linked to, which is how we confirm you bought the item. We read every review before it is posted, and we remove location data from photos you upload. If you would like a review or photo taken down, contact us.
  • Newsletter Sign-Up. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. We may track whether you open or click links within emails we send you, so we can understand which content is useful and improve future communications.
  • Communications. If you email us, call us, or otherwise contact us directly, we keep a record of that correspondence.

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically

  • Cookies & Similar Technologies. We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember items in your shopping cart, remember which products you recently viewed, remember which affiliate link (if any) brought you to the Site, and protect the Site against fraudulent form submissions (CSRF protection). You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the Site (such as checkout) may not function correctly without them.
  • Our Own Site Analytics. We use a simple visit counter built into the Site to understand how visitors use it (such as page views, visits, the type of device, and which website sent you). It does not store IP addresses and is used only to improve the Site.
  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure Site traffic and understand which pages and products are popular. They use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you view, your device and browser, your approximate location, and how you reached the Site, and they send it to Google. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel. We use the Meta Pixel to measure the results of our Facebook and Instagram advertising and to reach people who may be interested in our products. It sends Meta information about your visit, such as the pages you view and your browser's identifiers. You can control how Meta uses this information in your Facebook ad preferences.
  • Abandoned Order Reminders. If you start an order, enter your details at checkout, and leave without paying, we may send you one reminder email about it. If you would rather not get these, reply to that email and tell us.

1.3 Order History

If you have an account, we retain a history of your past orders so you can view them in your account dashboard and so we can assist you with customer service requests.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process and fulfill your orders, including producing custom printed items from uploaded artwork
  • Create and manage your account
  • Communicate with you about your order (confirmations, shipping updates, and customer service)
  • Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form and support tickets
  • Run prize games, the affiliate program, and the drop shipping program, including picking and contacting winners and calculating commissions
  • Send you marketing emails or newsletters, if you have opted in — you may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email
  • Measure and improve our website and our advertising
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions, abuse of our promotions, and other illegal activity
  • Improve and maintain the Site, including troubleshooting and analytics
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for money.

3. Custom Print Artwork Uploads

If a product allows you to upload your own artwork for printing:

  • Your uploaded file is stored on our servers and used solely to produce your order.
  • We perform automated checks on uploaded artwork (such as file resolution/DPI and whether a transparent background is present) to help ensure the best possible print quality. These checks are advisory only — they will never block your order or prevent your file from being uploaded, even if a warning is shown to our staff.
  • We do not use your uploaded artwork for any purpose other than fulfilling your order, unless you separately and explicitly give us permission (for example, if you agree to let us feature your design in marketing materials).
  • Please only upload artwork you own the rights to or have permission to use. We are not responsible for verifying that uploaded content does not infringe on the intellectual property of others, and we reserve the right to refuse to print content that appears to infringe on a third party's rights or that we otherwise deem inappropriate.

4. Payment Processing

All payments on this Site are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processor. When you check out, you are entering your card information directly into Stripe's secure payment page — that information passes to Stripe and never touches our servers. We only receive confirmation that a payment was successful, along with limited, non-sensitive transaction details (such as the last four digits of your card, for your own order records).

For more information on how Stripe handles your payment data, please review Stripe's Privacy Policy.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers. We share information with third-party vendors who help us operate the Site and fulfill orders, including our payment processor (Stripe), our email delivery provider, and the carriers that deliver your order. These providers are only permitted to use your information to perform services on our behalf.
  • Analytics and Advertising Partners. Google (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) and Meta (the Meta Pixel) receive information about your visit as described in Section 1.2. Under some state privacy laws, this kind of sharing for advertising and measurement may be described as "sharing" or "targeted advertising." You can opt out using the links in Section 1.2 and your browser's settings.
  • Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights or property, or protect the safety of our users or the public.
  • Business Transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and any choices you may have.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining your order history, complying with our legal and tax obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. If you close your account, we may retain certain order records as required by law (such as for tax and accounting purposes).

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, which may include the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions (such as records we are required to keep for tax purposes)
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email, or by contacting us directly
  • Opt out of analytics and advertising cookies using the links in Section 1.2
  • Object to or restrict certain processing of your information

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@wear-it-loud.com. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe and as required by applicable law.

8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Essential functionality — keeping you logged in, remembering your shopping cart contents, remembering an affiliate referral, and securing forms against fraudulent submission.
  • Convenience — remembering which products you recently viewed so we can show them to you again. This is a small cookie that is kept for 30 days and stores product numbers only.
  • Analytics — understanding how visitors use the Site so we can improve it (our own visit counter and Google Analytics).
  • Advertising — measuring and improving our Facebook and Instagram advertising (the Meta Pixel).

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. Please note that disabling cookies may affect your ability to use certain features of the Site, such as adding items to your cart or completing checkout.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypting sensitive data such as passwords and payment-related settings, and restricting access to customer data to authorized personnel only. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

This Site is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Prize games are open only to signed-in customers who are 18 or older. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

11. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as social media pages). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information to them.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated "Effective Date." We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
